The translation of “Casa Velha” literally means “Old House”.

This name is taken from the previous owners of “Casa Velha” who used an old farm as a hotel at the time.

The farm was completely demolished in 1999 and  in 2000, the construction started on a completely new apartment complex that fully meets contemporary standards.
